Frosting / Fillings:
We pride ourselves in our highly requested Butter Cream Icing.  We use it on almost every cake ordered. With our special smoothing technique we can get a plain butter cream iced cake to have a smooth finish to mimic a fondant covered cake, and it tastes SO much better.  
  
Here are a few variations of my famous Butter Cream:

Butter Cream can be flavored with most fruits (limitless) but it will change the color and is recommended as a filling.


Other Icing/Filling Flavors:
Cream Cheese (not recommended for decorating)
German Chocolate filling
Peanut Butter Ganache (or PB Chocolate Ganache)
Chocolate Ganache (can be flavored with your favorite liqueur such as amaretto, Kahlua, grand marinier, peppermint schnapps, etc)


Fruit Fillings:
We can also do a real fruit filling to compliment your icing flavor. Fruit fillings are usually pureed or whipped.


* Please remember we are in Florida and humidity and heat matter! If we feel your choice compromises your cake we will be honest in our opinions. *

Peanut Butter Lover Cake: (picture to left)
 Chocolate butter cake with PB cups folded into batter then iced with a Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganach and then covered with chopped PB Cups.

Trois Jours Coconut Cake
:

White butter cake with real coconut filling. Iced with a whipped coconut topping. Cake is placed in the refrigerator to allow the fusion of the flavors and then served 3 days later.
